It was about 9:30pm reservation and the staff was so gracious and accomodating eventhough it had been a long day for them. I wish I could remember the exact meal . . . too much was happening. I do remember that it was incredible and fresh and the wine was superb. In fact every meal we had in France was so beautifully presented and so fresh, especially the salads and cheeses.
